Welcome to Recommenda AI! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Recommenda AI ("the App"), operated by Recommenda ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Recommenda AI is an AI-powered tool that provides personalized marketing technology (martech) recommendations based on information you provide.
The App creates a shortlist of tools for your consideration; it is your responsibility to independently evaluate and select technologies that meet your needs.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Recommenda AI.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Recommenda AI offers recommendations based on the information you provide and industry data, but recommendations are not guarantees of performance, fit, or outcomes.
Use your own judgment when evaluating and selecting technology providers.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Recommenda AI is free to use.
We may earn commissions when you click on or purchase through some of the links we provide.
Approximately half of the tools in our database are affiliated in this way; half are not.
Affiliate status does not influence the recommendations you receive.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and logos related to Recommenda AI are owned by Recommenda and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Recommenda AI and its owners disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

  • We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the recommendations.

  • No damages, monetary or otherwise, will be paid for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from your use of the App.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Recommenda AI at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles.
